Welcome back!!

I hope you’ve been training hard the first 3 weeks.  If you did, you have definitely noticed some remarkable improvements in your overall strength level already!

Week #4 is going to help you develop even more strength by forcing you to back-off just a bit.  We are going to counteract the possibility of overtraining by having you purposely reduce your training volume slightly.  Trust me… it works every time!
